Essential Duties and Responsibilities Direct supervision or administrative oversight of Intensive Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, Skills Trainers, and Youth Partners, including hiring, evaluation, performance management, ongoing training, and support of wraparound fidelity initiatives. Provide weekly individual and group supervision to all employees you supervise, including monthly breakout supervisions with partners. Be available to staff in case of crisis 24‑hour on‑call; utilize Regional Managers or Directors to elevate clinically acute situations where consultation is required. Assign and monitor cases based on staff caseloads and the cultural and linguistic needs of clients. Actively develop partnerships with CWS and Probation liaisons, local community agencies and resources. Assist in maintaining quality assurance of the medical records through oversight of progress notes and 1‑on‑1 training or coaching with staff who need additional support. Assist in assessing, monitoring, and improving fidelity to wraparound principles and process. Oversight of region’s petty cash bank and flex funds binder. Facilitate open communication between multidisciplinary direct services staff, administrative personnel within the program, and within the organization as a whole. Fulfill training requirements including CANS, SmartCare, cultural competency, HIPAA, and all applicable EBP training. Other duties as assigned to meet program needs. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical records, journals, reports, and legal documents; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; present information to management and public groups; produce clear, concise, and clinically appropriate records. The employee must be able to move and/or lift a student when clinically necessary, and must be able to follow a student that AWOLs in a walking or running pace. Applying SPA restraint techniques can involve lifting the student, holding the student down in a standing, sitting or ground level manner, as well as separating clients who are acting in an unsafe manner to ensure safety for the clients and staff. Due to the emotional instability of the clients the employee may be subjected to kicking, hitting, punching, biting, hair pulling, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Mathematical Skills Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent; knowledge of statistical analysis for purpose of measuring and evaluating outcomes of program.
