What We Need You To Do

As the RN (Registered Nurse) you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinating care plans, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering personalized care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.

These Are The Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification
