Senior Analyst, Supply Chain

Senior Analyst role in supply chain planning at Mammotome (Danaher) in Cincinnati. Leads advanced planning analysis and system-enabled insights to optimize supply, demand, and inventory across the supply chain, solving complex planning challenges and driving operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply, demand, and inventory data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Lead plan-to-actual performance analysis including root cause identification and scenario development
- Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and automated reporting using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Serve as planning systems and SAP master data subject matter expert for data governance and reporting integrity
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams on process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Analytics
- Several years of supply chain planning, analytics, or operations experience in manufacturing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
- Proven ability to develop analytical tools, dashboards, or automated reports using BI platforms
- Data-driven approach to solving complex, non-routine planning problems
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent preferred
Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay
