About the job 360-05 Retail Streetwear Associate About Our Customer Our client is a leading marketplace for authentic sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, and luxury accessories — known for bringing transparency and data to the secondary market. They're looking for a retail streetwear associate to join their Soho store team: someone who delivers exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Hourly Rate: $20.00 Work Hours: Sunday – Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Background Screening is Required What You'll Do Greet customers as they enter the store Deliver high-level service and attention to every customer Maintain strong knowledge of the brand to communicate effectively with customers Build and foster relationships with new and repeat customers Explain the buying/selling process Support a positive team environment Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards Assist with operations and visual merchandising as needed What You Need to Qualify HS Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of retail or fashioncustomer service experience Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable in fast paced environment Ability to work well in teams Strong communication, and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google drive Physical Activities & Requirements Standing and walking during the workday About Us At Avalon Services Group, we provide reliable and compliant staffing solutions.
