Schedules run from standard day and evening shifts to long overnight shifts and a 24-hour weekend shift, so there is room to match your life. Schedule Days, full-time: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on a rotating two-week schedule with every other weekend off Evenings, full-time: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the same rotating schedule Extended shifts, full-time: Tuesdays and Fridays from 3 p.m. until 9 a.m. the next morning, plus a Saturday-to-Sunday shift every other week. Overnights are paid sleep shifts. Extended shifts, part-time: Wednesday 3 p.m. to Thursday 9 a.m., with a Friday or Saturday extended shift added on a two-week rotation 24-hour weekend shift, part-time, in a separate Sigourney home: Saturday 11 a.m. to Sunday 11 a.m. every week What you'll do Provide hands-on support with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines Follow each person's support plan and safety guidelines closely Document care and give clear handoffs to the next shift Work alongside experienced teammates. Paid training with experienced staff. What you'll bring Steadiness, patience, and strong teamwork Comfort with personal care (training provided) The ability to pass background checks High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license High needs site: Pay: $15 per hour. High-support differential +$2 to base, Weekend shift differential +$3 to base Pay and benefits Pay: see the range above. Employment depends on passing background checks. Requirements Qualifications/Requirements: High school education or equivalent; experience working with people with disabilities preferred. Must possess bask knowledge of computers and computer-based programs. Satisfactory results on background checks pertaining to criminal and abuse registries. Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without restrictions. Successfully complete all new hire orientation checklist. Satisfactory attend all required trainings by agency. Successfully complete the established medication administration training and observe pass medications accordingly. Must have access to a telephone.
