Job Overview The Room Service Server will provide fast and flawless service to in‑room dining guests, delivering personalized service and facilitating arrangements for guests on and off property. Essential Job Functions Work in a fast‑paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, maintaining physical stamina and proper mental attitude. Access all areas of the facility, withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying items up to 25lbs. Maintain a congenial, neat and professional appearance with good personal hygiene. Interact (in English) with guests, co‑workers and supervisory staff. Ensure accuracy and detail orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure and/or conflict situations. Stand and walk for the entire shift. Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of food and beverage experience in a high‑pace environment with cocktail serving experience. Experience in large and heavy tray handling preferred. Excellent interpersonal service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high‑paced, stressful environment and work under pressure. Ability to speak and listen in a public forum. Basic math skill required. Work Environment May be exposed to casino‑related environmental factors including second‑hand smoke and excessive noise. Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and extending arms throughout the shift.
