To learn more about our company, please visit our website at: Compensation $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year Schedule Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm with Saturdays as needed Location 11420 Theo Trecker Way, West Allis, WI 53214 Requirements Key Responsibilities Schedule and assign drivers to delivery routes. Coordinate deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a pool of independent contractor drivers and recruit new contractors as needed. Manage billing and driver settlements daily using eCourier software. Prepare and submit reports for clients and management. Attend weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions when needed. Conduct meetings with independent contractors to address performance or concerns. Cover open shifts or deliver routes in emergency situations. Be available for non-traditional hours, including on-call or weekends. Some travel may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in logistics and customer service. Availability for on-call shifts Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to lift 0-50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with dispatch systems or dispatch management. Previous experience with independent contractors. Strong negotiation skills.
