This facility delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment in Ojai, California. Ojai is a town of approximately 7,500 residents located in a valley in Southern California, set among sage, oak, and groves of orange and avocado, and situated less than two hours from Los Angeles. The area offers a range of outdoor activities, including hiking in Los Padres National Forest, horseback riding along the Ventura River, guided bike tours through downtown, and surfing accessible within 30 minutes. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site facility in Ojai, California, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Thursday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The expected caseload is 22-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across all age groups. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment. No call coverage is required.
