Production Associate Wooster, OH Inktastic specializes in personalized clothing and accessories such as onesies, baby clothes, bibs, t-shirts, and other apparel, allowing customers to customize designs in minutes custom. We are currently seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn new skills in a fast-paced production environment -no experience is required, training provided. Pay & Schedule $15.00/hour 1st shift Wednesday-Sunday, 8 am-4 pm 40 hours per week 30-minute paid lunch Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required No prior experience required; training will be provided Basic computer skills and ability to use office technology Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work efficiently in a production and warehouse setting Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift Responsibilities Operate a heat press to produce custom apparel and products Use pre-cut image transfers and apply them accurately Print order labels and pull products from warehouse inventory Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly work area Cut image transfers as needed while minimizing material waste Prioritize and manage daily orders using production reports Ensure quality standards are met and orders are completed accurately Does this sound like a position for you?
