Financial Service Specialist (Teller)

Job Responsibilities Arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust. Cheerfully and in a professional manner, greet them in person, on the telephone, or by email and enjoy developing and nurturing relationships as you serve their financial needs. Stay busy efficiently processing routine financial teller transactions for our new and existing members. Utilize product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet members' current and future financial needs. Open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase member satisfaction. Provide engaging, personal service to members, truly caring about finding real solutions to their financial needs. Be goal-oriented and always learning and improving. Take pride in being the face of FCCU and project a positive image to our current and prospective members alike. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous cash-handling experience preferred Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment Competitive team player, with a positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to change Ability to communicate, both written and verbal Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment Benefits We provide a great benefits package that includes 11 paid federal holidays, 401k match, fully paid single medical, dental and vision and much more.
