We do ABA therapy with kids on the autism spectrum, primarily in home and school settings. Our RBTs work directly with clients one-on-one, implementing therapy programs, collecting data, and supporting families under BCBA supervision. The work is meaningful and the schedules are flexible enough that most people can make it work around their lives.
