As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization, located in the Kent, OH branch office, you will be based in Kent OH. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Deploy PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Apply heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Licenses – Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive‑eligible and payment is based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
