• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Shift Schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Shifts Per Week: 4 shifts per week, plus on-call coverage
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Schedule Notes: May require varied hours and short-notice support for emergency cases

Job Requirements

• Current, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license from any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing and/or operating room experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of hire
• CNOR within 1 year of hire
• TNCC within 2 years of hire
• Strong perioperative assessment, planning, and evaluation skills
• Scrubbing experience is highly encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care for perioperative patients throughout the surgical experience
• Circulate in multiple specialty areas, including Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Dental
• Perform patient assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement care plans
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
• Support emergency cases and respond quickly to urgent surgical needs
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary team members to promote excellent patient care
• Maintain readiness for on-call responsibilities and varied scheduling needs
