Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary Join Our Client as a Assistant Project Manager in Hartford, CT delivering global infrastructure solutions for the world's toughest challenges! We seek a pro with 2-5 yrs experience & executive communication skills for our Underground Cable Modernization Program. Location Hartford, Connecticut Job Type Contract Salary $35 - 40 per hour Work Hours 8am to 5pm Education Bachelors Responsibilities Support the Underground Cable Modernization Program by assisting experienced Project Managers with schedule development, budget tracking, outage coordination, and progress reporting. Coordinate internal and external resources across engineering, outage planning, siting, permitting, stakeholder engagement, safety, and procurement to drive overall project scope. Administer project documentation, reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, desktop requisitions, change orders, invoices, and technical bid documents on behalf of Our Client. Participate in field and vendor operations, leading field reviews, joining contractor pre-bid meetings, and coordinating on-site project activities. Compose executive-level communications while supporting siting applications, engineering submittal reviews, and E-Builder system integration.
