What We Expect From You: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating commercial HVAC/R systems. Strong problem‑solving skills, able to work independently or as part of a team. Exceptional communicator with customers and support staff. Maintain inventory in your service van and keep tools in optimal condition. Deliver quality service and show integrity in all your work. Be a dependable resource for after‑hours calls and emergencies. Commit to ongoing training and certification. Valid driver's license required. What Will Distinguish You: Universal EPA certification. A valid driver's license. 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC – refrigeration experience is a significant advantage. Strong understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles with the ability to read schematics and work plans. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic technology proficiency, comfortable using mobile apps for documentation. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and frequently move heavy objects. Comfortable working in challenging environments including extreme temperatures and tight spaces. Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher. Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods. Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements. Must adhere to all safety protocols. Helios HVAC/R Services LLC offers competitive compensation based on labor market conditions across various US regions. The base pay for this role is up to $45 an hour, influenced by factors such as geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
