Expected Compensation Range: $120,000 - $180,000 Annually Work Schedule: M-F 8:30-6 or 12-9. Saturday 9-7 Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and Mental Health Care Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401k with Employer Match Employee Discounts Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve dealership goals, compliant with Dealer and VW expectations Drive sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction/KPIs Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and best practices Collaborate closely with Finance, Internet, and Business Development teams Utilize dealership systems and reporting tools to manage performance and strategy Qualifications Minimum five years of automotive sales management experience Automotive Leadership/Management experience and proven track‑record required Finance and Business Development/Internet experience a plus. Demonstrated longevity and stability with prior employers Strong working knowledge of CDK, V‑Auto, and VinSolutions (required) Finance and Business Development/Internet experience a plus Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Favorable Driving, Criminal, and Credit History required EOE EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Ancira Auto Group
