What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals navigating recovery

• Use your personal recovery experience to guide, motivate, and empower others

• Assist clients in developing individualized recovery goals and accessing needed resources

• Collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure well-rounded support

• Advocate for client needs and promote recovery-oriented thinking

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Qualifications

• Certified as a CRPA or CRPA-P in New York State

• Lived experience with substance use and currently in sustained recovery

• Genuine passion for supporting others in their recovery journey

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
