Urologist – Full-Time
Location: Northwest Indiana (30–45 minutes from Chicago)
Position OverviewA well-established and growing healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a collegial, physician-led group .
This is a full-time, employed position offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care , with flexibility to tailor your practice based on your clinical interests.

- Monday – Friday schedule with flexibility
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Call rotation: 1:4
- Patient volume: flexible based on provider preference
- EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings
- HIMSS Stage VII designation (top-tier system, achieved by ~5% of hospitals)
- Integrated system with strong clinical and administrative support
- Highly competitive salary (MGMA-based, negotiable)
