We are looking for an experienced and driven Entertainment Operations Manager to help lead the fun of a high‑energy family entertainment venue featuring a full‑service restaurant and bar, 20 lanes of bowling, laser tag, immersive VR experiences, a massive arcade, and a 360 bar and patio with seating for 300+ guests. This role plays a huge part in the entertainment side of the business. You will play a critical role in driving service excellence, team performance, and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where fun is serious business. From shift execution to guest satisfaction, you will be the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly — and the motivating force that makes your team want to go the extra mile. We are looking for someone who has experience working all the FUN stuff! Laser Tag, Bowling, the arcade, the front counter and more!
