Simulation Educator

Robert Morris University is hiring a Nursing Simulation Education Specialist. The role designs, conducts, and debriefs nursing simulations while upholding INACSL standards within the RISE Center. The specialist also orients participants to simulator equipment, maintains training records, and partners with the simulation team to support students' professional growth. Highlights Design, conduct, and debrief nursing simulations following INACSL standards. Maintain the Simulation Center as a clean, safe, and fully operational learning environment. Orient participants to simulator features before each scenario and collect post-simulation evaluations. Partner with the RISE Center team, administrators, and faculty on simulation planning and delivery. Coordinate training records, schedules, and supply needs to support accreditation compliance. Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising technical staff who maintain simulation equipment. Master's degree in Nursing Education required; PhD or DNP preferred, with simulation education experience preferred. Certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, ATLS, or Pediatric Life Support instruction preferred. Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) preferred, or expected within two years of hire. Proficiency in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office, and iPad-based simulation technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
