responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive visual, dimensional, electrical, mechanical, and chemical inspections during receiving, in-process, and final operations using precision measuring tools.
• Read and accurately interpret complex mechanical and electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Review, approve, and maintain detailed inspection records, including creating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) per AS9102 standards.
• Actively support the Quality Management System (QMS) and assist in driving corrective and preventive action processes.
• Interface professionally with customer and government source inspection personnel to verify and document product compliance.
