Your Job:
In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding licensed vocational nursing position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. A Licensed Vocational Nurse provide nursing care under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, and in accordance with Methodist Health System Standards of Practice for Licensed Vocational Nurses. Your Job Requirements: • Graduate from an accredited vocational school of nursing• 2 years of relevant work experience required
• Current CPR certification required
• Current license to practice professional vocational nursing in Texas Your Job Responsibilities: • Communicate clearly and openly

Methodist Southwest Medical Center, previously known as Methodist Charlton Medical Center, is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Lancaster, and Glen Heights in southwestern Dallas County. In addition to the new 40,000-square-foot expansion of the emergency department, we offer a newly renovated intensive care unit, labor and delivery unit, and interventional radiology suite; a Level III Trauma Center, a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and the Dr. Stephen and Marilyn Mansfield Oncology Unit.
