Part Time Service Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our fast-paced service department. This role goes beyond traditional cashier duties and serves as a key support position for both customers and service advisors. The ideal candidate thrives in a multitasking environment, communicates professionally, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Manage daily cash handling and payment processing accurately for service and parts tickets Prepare and complete courtesy vehicle agreements and related documentation Greet customers promptly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Support service advisors and collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations Answer customer questions and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all transactions and paperwork Assist with front counter operations and overall customer flow in a high-volume environment Qualifications Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Previous cashier, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred Comfortable handling money and balancing transactions accurately Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life and Supplemental Insurance About us Chris Crain Enterprises and its partner entities, strive to be leaders in the car sales and service industry.
