Local Contract Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $50-55 per hour

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a contract assignment in Brookville, Pennsylvania. Schedule Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights, 3x12: 7PM-7:30AM Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy. Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations. Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments. Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document electronic data. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care. Requirements Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current RN license for the state of Pennsylvania. 2 years of Medical/Surgical RN experience required. BLS, ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required. EPIC experience preferred. First time travelers not accepted. RTO: maximum 7 days. May rotate to Emergency Transitional Care Unit. COVID‑19 Vaccine required, exemptions for medical/religious reasons and declinations allowed.
