What You'll Do
- Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
- Conduct comprehensive assessments pre-, during, and post-treatment
- Monitor vascular access, treatment response, and patient stability
- Collaborate with nephrologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records
- Adhere to infection control and hospital policies
- Build positive relationships with patients and staff in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
- Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
- At least 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience preferred
- Certification in BLS and ACLS
- Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
- Competence in operating Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and autonomous work skills
