Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift so the service meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers handle planning for each shift, monitor performance, enforce safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments reach their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
