Warehouse CSR
Pay : $18.00 per hour
Shift : 7am to 4pm M-F
Location : Channelview, TX 77530

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our logistics client in Channelview, TX to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations with accurate data entry, order management, and inventory updates
• Operate forklift safely to move, load, and organize materials
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person regarding orders and shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain organized records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory data

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and inventory/order systems
• Reliable attendance, work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Skills

• Forklift operation and data entry expertise
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts if needed
• Forklift experience
• Must have good MVR
• Background screening clearance
