Oracle EBS Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design Oracle WMS solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle WMS, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and WIP/BOM.
- Support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
- Lead implementation, enhancement, upgrade, rollout, and production support activities.
- Develop and support PL/SQL, interfaces, reports, Java Pages, and routines.
- Support MSCA, RF devices, barcode solutions, and label printing integrations.
- Troubleshoot integrations between Oracle WMS and external systems.
- Support data migration, conversion, SIT, UAT, and user training.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production and pre-production issues.
- Integrate Oracle WMS with 3PL systems, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), warehouse automation, RF scanners, and material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse users, technical teams, and integration teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS WMS implementation and support experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.x.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of warehouse management processes.
- Experience with Oracle WMS, INV, OM, WSH, PO, WIP/BOM.
- Strong PL/SQL and Oracle integration experience.
- Experience with MSCA, RF/barcode technologies, and label printing.
- Experience with production support, enhancements, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- WMS-related certification.
- Experience with OTM, 3PL integrations, warehouse automation, and material handling systems.
