Sr. Program Mgr, Tooling & Automation, Prime Video, Sports Marketing

Prime Video's US Sports Marketing team is looking for a hands-on builder to join our brand and campaign management team. This is not a traditional program management role — this is a maker role who is fluent in AI. You will design, build, and maintain tooling, automations, AI and operational infrastructure that powers campaign management, go-to-market execution, and creative asset development across our live sports portfolio (NFL, NBA, NASCAR, WNBA, and more).You will work at the intersection of operations, AI-enabled solutions and technology — translating complex, repetitive workflows into scalable, automated solutions that free up campaign teams to focus on strategy and execution rather than process overhead.Key job responsibilities• Build & Maintain Operational Tooling: Design, build, and maintain tooling across Airtable, internal Amazon tools, APIs, scripts, low/no-code platforms, and AI-enabled solutions that support campaign management, creative asset workflows, and go-to-market execution• Automate at Scale: Translate manual and fragmented workflows into scalable automations that reduce operational toil, improve consistency, and increase execution speed across the sports marketing lifecycle• Technical Solution Design: Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions across data models, integrations, interfaces, automations, and reporting• Airtable & Tooling Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Airtable and related tooling, establishing scalable solutions and best practices across data architecture, interfaces, automations, scripting, and integrations• Creative Asset Operations: Build tooling that supports creative development workflows including asset versioning, approval routing, delivery tracking, and cross-functional handoffs• Campaign Infrastructure: Develop and maintain tooling that supports campaign planning, briefing, trafficking, launch readiness, and performance tracking across multiple sports properties• Cross-Functional Enablement: Build self-service tooling that enables campaign managers, creatives, and partner teams to manage execution more efficiently• Operational Excellence: Maintain the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of tooling and automations; troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations, and evolve solutions as requirements change• Documentation & Enablement: Document system logic, workflows, integrations, and operating processes; enable users to effectively adopt and self-serve through the tools you build• Continuous Improvement: Identify tooling gaps and automation opportunities, recommend solutions, and continuously improve existing systems based on business needs and user feedbackBasic qualifications- Experience with Airtable spreadsheet-database software- • 6+ years of experience building and supporting operational tooling, automations, and technical solutions within marketing, production, or related environments- • Experience building automations and integrations using 1P and 3P tools, and/or custom API solutions- • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and independently drive implementation- • Strong understanding of campaign management, creative production, or marketing operations workflows- • Experience with scripting/programming (JavaScript, Python, or similar) for automation and data manipulation- • Track record of replacing manual processes with scalable, automated solutionsPreferred qualification - • Experience in media, entertainment, sports, or advertising operations- • Familiarity with Amazon internal tools and systems- • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau or similar)- • Knowledge of creative asset management systems (DAMs) and production workflows- • Experience supporting live events or time-sensitive campaign operations- • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities- • Strong bias for action — you ship solutions, not decksAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
