Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer relationship manager
- Schedule appointments
- Write Estimates
- Convery all necessary information including cost, necessary parts and work needed to the customer
- Contacting customers in the case of additional work to relay the details and extra costs.
- Monitor service progress with each technician
Requirements:
- Work experience and product knowledge may be advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy and knowledge of mechanical software programs
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
