Join our team in Malone, NY. We are hiring for a Clinical Dietitian Perm role in Malone, NY 51848 (165-bed longterm care / rehab / assisted living). Occasional coverage at nearby hospital. Schedule: Typical shift options ~6:00–14:30 or 7:30–16:00 (some flexibility). Start: ASAP. Compensation & Incentives Hourly: $28.15 – $42.25 Sign-on bonus: $10,000 Relocation: Up to $6000 if relocating 120+ miles Core Responsibilities Admissions, interdisciplinary rounds (wound rounds, care conferences) MDS assessments (admission/quarterly/annual/significant change) Weight management / process improvement team Discharge planning, documentation for reimbursement Visible onfloor rounding and collaboration with nursing, PT, speech, activities Crosstraining opportunities between LTC and hospital/outpatient Qualifications & Fit Required: RD or registrationeligible (completed internship; new grads welcome) Preferred: LTC/rehab experience, MDS familiarity, diabetes educator background a plus Behavioral fit: Independent, proactive, collaborative, positive attitude; comfortable in small-team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
