Structural Steel DetailerThis structural steel company is in search for a structural steel detailer.Responsibilities:Create shop drawings and erection drawings for structural steel projectsDetail beams, columns, joists, braces, stairs, platforms, and connectionsDevelop 3D structural steel models from architectural/engineering drawingsProduce detailed fabrication drawings, erection plans, and bills of material (BOMs)Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and structural plansCoordinate steel details with engineers, architects, fabricators, and project managersIdentify and resolve design conflicts, discrepancies, and constructability issuesPrepare and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information)Ensure drawings comply with AISC, AWS, and project specificationsMake revisions based on engineer/client comments and field conditionsCoordinate connections, dimensions, welds, bolts, and material requirementsWork closely with the fabrication shop and field erection crewsPerform quality checks to ensure drawings are accurate and fabrication-readyCompensation range 60,000-65,000Please reach out to Chelsea at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
