An established and growing company with 10 years in business is seeking a key Operations Supervisor to support fast-paced daily operations. This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor from construction, trucking, oil and gas, or warehousing who can bring strong leadership, organization, and follow-through to a collaborative management team.

The Key Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operational workflow, support field and office coordination, and help maintain efficient document and process management. The right candidate will have hands-on supervisory experience, a practical understanding of operations, and the ability to work closely with an established management team. Experience with document management systems and associated software is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

·        Supervise and support daily operational activities in a fast-paced environment.

·        Coordinate with management to ensure schedules, priorities, and workflow stay on track.

·        Monitor documentation, records, and related systems for accuracy and organization.

·        Support process improvement, communication, and accountability across departments.

·        Help maintain a productive, professional, and team-oriented work culture.

·        Assist with operational problem-solving and follow-up on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, or equivalent relevant experience.

·        Background in construction, trucking, oil and gas, or warehousing preferred.

·        Strong organizational and communication skills.

·        Experience with document management and associated software is a plus, MS suite required

·        Ability to work effectively with current management and contribute to a stable, growing team.

·        Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced local operations setting.
