3DX PLM Program ManagerWork Location: Little Rock, AR / Chicago (Onsite) Business requirements. The selected candidate will lead a team consisting of Business Analysts and SMEs and will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, budget, quality standards, and expected business benefits. French language proficiency is mandatory for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Initiation: Identify key project stakeholders and establish stakeholder engagement strategies.Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.Identify staffing and resource requirements.Organize and lead project kickoff activities.Establish project governance and communication structures.Project Planning: Develop and maintain the comprehensive Project Management Plan.Refine and manage project scope.Develop, maintain, and publish detailed project schedules.Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and dependencies.Establish project milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.Coordinate business and IT requirements for the 3DX PLM implementation.Project Execution: Acquire, organize, and manage the project team.Lead Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts.Direct and coordinate project activities across business and IT teams.Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.Coordinate procurement activities when required.Ensure the 3DX PLM solution is aligned with business requirements and operational needs.Monitoring & Controlling: Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and overall progress.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.Perform integrated change management.Monitor stakeholder engagement and communication.Track project milestones, deliverables, and business benefits.Escalate risks and issues to appropriate leadership when necessary.Project Closure: Confirm completion and acceptance of project deliverables.Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived.Close project financial activities.Release project resources and team members.Conduct project closure and lessons-learned activities.Additional Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and release all required project management documentation.Provide regular, accurate, and timely project status reports to PMO leadership and other stakeholders.Promote project management best practices and ensure compliance with established procedures.Mentor less experienced Project Managers within and outside the department, including those managing delegated projects.Support the development of a strong project management culture across the organization.Maintain an active PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.Promote and support business transformation initiatives across the organization through positive communication, leadership, and professional engagement.Coordinate closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the 3DX PLM solution.Required Qualifications & Skills:Strong experience managing large-scale PLM implementation programs/projects.Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM solutions.Strong project and program management experience across the complete project lifecycle.Experience leading Business Analysts, SMEs, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, change management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.Experience working closely with both business and IT organizations.Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Experience supporting enterprise-level business transformation initiatives.PMP or equivalent project management certification is required/preferred.French language proficiency is mandatory.Ability to work onsite as required.All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
