Job Title: PeriOperative Services Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room / Circulation & Scrub Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 40 hrs/wk with call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 4 years License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred Must-Have: Experience in orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, and endoscopy procedures Description: Responsible for the practice of professional nursing. Includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients of all age groups. Trained to advocate for and care for patients during the peri-operative period. Covers the entire peri-operative process, from admission through discharge. Position includes regularly scheduled shifts and call coverage. Experience is required in orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, and endoscopy cases.
