Manufacturing Technician B- Multiple Shifts/Depts $26 - $31/hr As a Manufacturing Technician B your goal is to use your technical expertise, to be the go‑to person for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in your area. You'll also be responsible for setting up various production machines to ensure top‑notch quality products are manufactured. You will do this by: Maintaining mechanical, electrical and hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment Perform various operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend‑analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification Trains employees; assigns and directs work; provides feedback to supervisor regarding employee work performance; addresses complaints and resolves problems Performs other duties as assigned The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all‑inclusive list of position responsibilities.
