We provide year-round, steady freight throughout seven Western states, operating a modern fleet and maintaining a strong safety- and team-driven culture. Our drivers are treated as professionals, supplied with quality equipment, and supported by a responsive operations team focused on productivity, compliance, and home time. Compensation & Benefits * Excellent weekly pay averaging $1,350 - $1,800, based on experience and productivity * Additional tarp pay for flatbed loads, recognizing the physical demands and skill required * Most drivers are home most weekends, depending on freight and route * Company-paid benefits * Opportunities for performance-based advancement and long-term growth Equipment & Freight * Late-model, well-maintained air-ride trucks and trailers * Majority Automatic Fleet - Most of our trucks are automatic for ease of operation * Fleet includes: * Flatbeds * Roll-Top trailers * Dedicated freight lanes with minimal downtime * Emphasis on safe, compliant operations and proper load securement Driver Qualifications Qualified applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: * Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) * Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations * Clean driving record (DMV and PSP review) * Ability to work a flexible schedule as required by freight demand * Strong work ethic and ability to function as a team-oriented professional driver US Veterans Are Strongly Encouraged to Apply We value discipline, professionalism, and experience—qualities veterans bring to our operation.
