As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's [name of division] organization, you will be based in [city/state location of position]. Responsibilities include: • Provide end to end governance and controls oversight for Finance Technology and ALM processes, ensuring SOX/ICFR, regulatory reporting, and ALM controls are designed, operating, and sustained as systems evolve. • Act as a strategic advisor to Finance, Technology, Risk, and Audit leaders, translating regulatory and control expectations into practical, technology enabled solutions. • Embed controls into technology change, enhancements, conversions, and decommissioning to prevent downstream audit and regulatory issues. • Develop and leverage analytics and dashboards to monitor control health, data quality, and process compliance, shifting from point in time testing to proactive monitoring. • Drive issue management and remediation, ensuring root causes are addressed, risks are clearly communicated, and the organization remains audit and regulator ready.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
