- Location: Muskogee
- Specialty/Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm - no weekends or call.
- Ideal Start Date: 30-60 days.
- Patient Volume: 18 patients per day avg
- Job Requirements: OK Medical license, BLS, and BC preferred.
- Compensation: 215,000-230,000 (room for negotiation, commensurate on experience)
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, LTD, life insurance, retirement, PTO/CME days and allowance, sign on/relocation bonus, incentive bonuses, student loan repayment, malpractice covered
- Position Type: Permanent
