Back Waiter / Captain Server
Charleston Restaurant

Chef Cindy Wolf’s James Beard Award–winning restaurant, Charleston, is seeking highly motivated, high-energy hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team as Back Waiters, Captain Servers and Bartenders.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine who thrive in a fine-dining environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to individual guest needs
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to promote sales
• A high level of professionalism at all times
• Calm, focused, and effective under pressure during busy services
• A positive team player who enjoys working with both guests and colleagues
• Kind, dedicated, and passionate about the hospitality profession
• Ability to handle guest concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule Requirements

• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
