What You'll Do: Greet customers and create a welcoming dealership experience. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget. Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives. Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM activities. Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, incentives, and financing options. Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process. Prospect for new business through referrals, repeat customers, and community networking. Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in the CRM system. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred: Previous automotive sales experience. Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or commission-based sales experience. Experience using CRM software. Knowledge of Subaru products and brand values. Skills: Relationship Building.
