This role partners with operations, finance, real estate, and strategy teams to validate business cases, support governance processes, and ensure investments align with corporate objectives. The Director also promotes stakeholder capability through training and process education. What You'll DoMaintain a centralized pipeline of capital allocation opportunities and provide portfolio-level reportingMaintain updated product roadmaps for launch timelines for each portfolio brandCreate and maintain the timelines associated with each identified investment opportunityCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely development of business cases and proposalsReview and challenge operational assumptions, forecasts, and strategic rationale underlying capital requestsPerform independent analyses and quality assurance reviews as necessaryAssist in identifying and documenting risks, caveats, dependencies, and constraints that may impact investment outcomes and/or should be captured as part of legal and regulatory approval processesCoordinate with Finance and the Corporate Transformation Office to monitor approved investments and conduct post-investment retrospectives to assess performance against original assumptions and expected returnsOther duties as assignedWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Marketing, or a related discipline (required)Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience, analyzing capital investments, developing business cases, and supporting strategic initiatives or M&A activities (required)Knowledge base and experience should include, influencing executive decision making through data-driven recommendations and stakeholder engagementStrong understanding of portfolio management, capital allocation methodologies, and strategic planning processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)Familiarity with Smartsheet and other project management tools (preferred)Independently manage complex tasks and projectsAnalyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutionsPresent ideas in a compelling and structured format to diverse audiencesDemonstrate refined listening skills and emotional intelligenceFacilitate training sessions and cross-functional meetingsDrive consistent results in a fast-paced environmentLeverage enterprise-level tools and systems to streamline processesCreate new and better ways for the organization to succeedAlign stakeholders to achieve their goals and support organizational successNavigate complex policies, processes, and organizational dynamics with easeWork independently, escalating complex or high-impact issuesDrive innovation to improve organizational successNavigate complex organizational dynamics with confidencePerform effectively amid uncertainty and ambiguityAble and willing to:Communicate, think, learn, and reasonUse computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasksSafely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locationsDemonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibilityAbility to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneouslyAbility to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the positionAbility to foster long-term relationships with stakeholdersWork is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location.
