Impact you’ll make

• Operate safely with proper PPE; maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Set up, run, and monitor CNC milling operations to generate horizontal-milled features for assembly.
• Load/unload materials, install tooling, and select the correct programs to balance quality and throughput.
• Control key parameters—speeds, feeds, and material flow—to ensure repeatable results; support any required punching operations.
• Stage and prioritize work: sort by material or part number, sequence steps, and pull/stock materials to keep production moving.
• Adhere to inventory-control procedures and complete all required production paperwork.
• Assist with preventive maintenance using approved lockout/tagout procedures.
• Cross-train to back up other manufacturing processes as required.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals; accurately log uptime and downtime.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience on a CNC horizontal mill or similar manufacturing machinery; Elumatec/Emmegi familiarity is a plus.
• Basic understanding of G-code (able to work with existing programs).
• Experience in lean/continuous improvement environments is beneficial.
• Proficient with measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.).
• Able to read engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive “Stop & Ask” approach when uncertain.
