Work as part of a team and deliver quality results on every job.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Complete roof replacements and/or repairs according to job scopeWalk homeowners through findingsWork individually or as part of a crewFollow safety and quality standards on every jobREQUIREMENTS:WHAT YOU NEED:1+ year of roofing experienceComfortable working at heights and outdoorsAble to lift 30 lbs. regularly and perform physical work (includes bending, climbing, kneeling)Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving roles)Employment contingent on successful completions of pre-employment drug test, physical, background check and MVR (for driving roles).SCHEDULE & LOCATION:Reports to Guardians Everett branch and dispatched to job sites throughout the Snohomish CountyMonday–Friday, 6:30am to finishOccasional weekend availability preferredWHO WE ARE:Founded in 2005, Guardian provides repair/replacement roofing and gutter services to residential and light commercial customers.
