Senior Actuarial Analyst, Life Experience ManagementThe Senior Actuarial Analyst, Life Experience Management, will provide support for experience studies initiatives with a focus on process improvements and providing experience insights. The role will contribute to data processing, assumption development, and reporting to support pricing, valuation, and risk management functions.Support Life Experience Studies data needs, including collaboration with IT, Valuation, and other teams as necessary. Support development of Policyholder Behavior and/or Morbidity experience assumptions as needed. Collaborate on the enhancement of our controls process for various data flows. Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, institute best practices, and develop shared insights. Document methodologies, automate recurring processes, and improve workflow efficiency. Collaborate with business partners to ensure data integrity.Education: Undergraduate Degree; with a concentration related to Actuarial Science ASA preferred. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of actuarial or data analytics experience. Analytical skills: ability to think critically, identify, and solve potential challenges independently. Ability to synthesize large volumes of data to extract insights and identify data anomalies. Hands on SQL, Python, or any other programming languages. Ability to bring innovative thinking to improve current processes. Priority setting, time management and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
