Bindery Material Handler - 3rd Shift - 11PM-7AM Mon-FriResponsibilitiesRead work orders and follow verbal instructions to identify materials and production requirements.Feed, stack, jog, and move materials on and off bindery and finishing equipment.Neatly stack finished product on skids for the next stage of production.Box, strap, label, and skid products according to production tickets.Operate box taping and manual/automatic strapping equipment.Use a manual pallet jack and carts to move materials and finished products as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.QualificationsBasic knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing procedures.Ability to follow work instructions and safely operate around production equipment.Previous bindery, printing, manufacturing, or production equipment experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Understanding of basic industrial safety practices.Physical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.Perform repetitive grasping and handling motions.Lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. frequently.Push, pull, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, and climb stairs as needed.Work in a noisy manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
