NRO Policy / Engagement Representative - TS/SCI CI PolyDepartment: Government Customer – PentagonLocation: PentagonACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITIONJob Responsibilities This role is essential to ensuring the technical awareness, continuity, and impact within the DoW at the Pentagon to advocate for NRO equities, inform policy discussions, and coordinate between the DoW and NRO staffs.Interface between the NRO and the Department of War to include the Under Secretaries of War for Intelligence and Security, Policy, Research and Engineering, and Acquisition and Sustainment.Support the DoW to enable their oversight responsibilities and provide effective NRO advocacy within the DoW while providing NRO awareness of key challenges and opportunities within the DoW.Collaborate with NRO Directorates and Offices to improve warfighter and IC decision making with the inclusion of NRO provided capabilities and data. Draft, edit, and write reports, correspondence, and briefs. Keep track of important actions and milestones for executives. Collaborate with NRO Directorates and Offices to coordinate visits from DoW distinguished visitors to the NRO enterprise.The primary place of performance is the NRO office at the Pentagon. However, visits to NRO HQ and mission partner facilities in the National Capitol Region are expected on a regular basis to enable better collaboration and interoperability.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), Business, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related IC and DoW intelligence systems experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held.Experience supporting Executive / Senior Level Agency/ Department policy, oversight and resource leadershipDomain knowledge and expertise in multiple interrelated space and satellite ground systemsActive Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence PolygraphExperience with National Intelligence Space systems and Intelligence disciplinesDesired QualificationsMaster's or PhD in technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldDomain knowledge and expertise in systems engineering of interrelated systemsExperience working on space and ground programs from Enterprise Capabilities, and architecture-definition documentation through requirements derivation and allocation, performance metric generation and assessment, test case development, and requirement closure tracingProfessional certifications in Systems or Digital Engineering, Program Management, Architecture (such as DAWIA, INCOSE, MBSE such as OCSMP SysML Model Builder, Agile, or PMP)Operational familiarity with NRO Tools (ChatSurfer, Thresher, JEMA, etc), or NRO collection data or Mission Partner Intelligence DataTENICA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
