Remote | Reside Anywhere in the United States POSITION OVERVIEW CAZA Collective is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected fine jewelry manufacturer seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to help drive continued growth throughout the United States. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced field sales professional who thrives on building long-term relationships, developing new business, and representing a premium fine jewelry brand. The ideal candidate has an established network of independent jewelry retailers, enjoys being on the road meeting clients, and has a proven history of growing wholesale territories. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Develop new wholesale business while growing existing independent retail accounts throughout your assigned territory.
• Prospect, identify, and open new accounts through industry relationships, referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Build long-term partnerships with independent jewelry retailers through exceptional service, consistent communication, and proactive follow-up.
• Conduct in-person customer visits, sales presentations, and business reviews to drive revenue growth.
• Present fine jewelry collections and recommend assortments tailored to each retailer's customer base and merchandising strategy.
• Support customer events, trunk shows, and industry trade shows throughout the year.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and logistics teams to ensure outstanding customer support and order fulfillment.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline while managing travel, appointments, customer follow-up, and account development.
• Provide leadership with customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to support future growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum of 5 years of fine jewelry wholesale sales experience working with independent retailers and/or Continental Buying Group (CBG) members.
• Recent experience as an Independent Sales Representative, Territory Sales Representative, Outside Sales Representative, or comparable traveling sales professional.
• Candidates with only retail floor sales experience and no outside sales or territory management experience will not be considered.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a commission-based sales environment.
• Existing network and transferable relationships within the independent jewelry industry strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage an assigned territory independently while maintaining exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70% or more throughout the United States.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, industry relationships, and transferable book of business.
• Commission: 3% of paid net new sales from eligible independent retail accounts, calculated on net collected sales and excluding returns, credits, cancellations, and unpaid invoices.
• All approved business travel expenses reimbursed, including hotel, airfare, mileage, and other eligible business expenses.
