Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Experience with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred. Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and use of electronic medical records. Ability to supervise and provide direction for students and support staff as needed. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education requirements.
