We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Law Attorney to support a broad range of business and transactional matters for clients across multiple industries. Our firm is committed to providing high-quality legal services to our clients, including Medicaid planning, estate planning, and powers of attorney. This is a permanent, full‑time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. Responsibilities As a Corporate Law Attorney, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Advise clients on corporate and business matters including entity formation, governance, restructurings, and ongoing operational issues Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including shareholder, operating, employment, and vendor contracts Support mergers, acquisitions, and asset transactions from due diligence through closing Counsel clients on regulatory and compliance matters affecting business operations Provide strategic legal guidance to business owners and executive leadership teams Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Current membership in good standing with the State Bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in elder law, including experience with Medicaid planning, estate planning, and powers of attorney. Proven ability to represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and mediations. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families. Demonstrated commitment to serving the needs of seniors and their families.
